Casual, Warm evening in the Marina with a hint of window shopping!

Of course Union street is littered with fun restaurants, with great food and a more casual environment. In addition it's got a great assortment of varied window shopping, and people watching galore! There is also a nice array of dessert locations all within easy walking distance!

The Balboa cafe has long long been a mainstay - across the street from my office of 5 years. Great food, nice assortment, and fun specials on the weekend! Perhaps a good decision if one of the many March Madness games is on! They also have gluten aware staff for easy selection! In addition, as they own the Plumpjack next door, wine can be purchased and opened with no corkage fee!

The Brixton, also, has been a spot I have long enjoyed. Nice patio and almost outdoor seating, mellow fun grooves, and just seem to enjoy myself every time I go. Fun assorted menu, with great dessert options.

Fun place to people watch the sidewalk, and will likely have a bball game or two on if desired.

Ottimista is also, yet another perennial favorite. My man Sam owns this place, AS WELL as the only country bar I know of down the street. Food is great assortment, and it's a smaller cottage place with a fun vibe. Watched some big sports matches there and really enjoyed the crowd.

Also endowed with excellent patio seating as well as indoor, and THIS is where I may be able to pump up some Bieber!

Last, but not least is The Palm House. A fun restaurant with massive outdoor patio, fun inside, and a simple delicious menu (with gluten free items marked). Perhaps my favorite patio in the city

It's just an incredibly relaxed location. My best recommendation to sooth a tired body, and refresh a well worked mind.

Perhaps a sunny stroll in the Marina this weekend?
